In Christ's prayer, He uttered the powerful words, "Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." While we commonly employ this prayer for guidance and supplication, we also perceive it as a reflection of one of Jesus' deeply personal aspirations – to bridge the gap between heaven and earth. Our mission is to translate this aspiration into reality by transforming communities into heavenly realms where individuals truly understand their intrinsic worth, embracing the values bestowed upon them by our Heavenly Father, and where love is the prevailing force.

Our actions and way of life are a conduit to lead people toward a fulfilling existence within our heavenly community. We are committed to not only sharing the gospel but also actively advancing God's kingdom on earth through tangible deeds and spoken words. Love, unwavering intentionality, and compassion underpin all that we do and say, ensuring that our every effort serves to bridge the gap between heaven and earth.

Our perspective is unequivocally nonpolitical. We aim to promote unity, emphasizing the well-being of communities, and believe that by fostering togetherness, Haitians can enhance their own lives.

Our mission is to empower the youth through meaningful initiatives and adventures, offering a respite from the chaos that has persisted before and since 1804. We explicitly refrain from taking any political stance; rather, our primary objective is to contribute to creating the best possible reality for everyone on this planet, including our own country.

We aspire to be a positive force, serving as a bridge between stagnation and growth, weakness and empowerment. Our goal is to provide avenues for people to live with meaning, intention, and purpose, encouraging a genuine concern for their surroundings, the environment, animals, and the people in their midst. We exist to facilitate a transition from mere existence to a life of meaningful engagement.

 Haiti, despite being the first free black nation after its hard-fought independence in 1804, faces severe challenges. Issues such as poor governance, corruption, excessive plastic use, and a lack of cleaning initiatives have contributed to it becoming one of the poorest, most dangerous, and dirtiest countries. These challenges have impeded international efforts to provide assistance, creating an urgent need for sustainable support.

In response to these issues, Haitian Ruby believes that Haitians must take responsibility for their land, fostering fulfilling lives and exemplifying the strength of unity over individualism. The organization acknowledges that Haiti has been in survival mode for too long and advocates for a transformation toward a life that aligns with the intended peace and glorification of God's name.

As an organization, Haitian Ruby is committed to promoting global citizenship and making a positive impact globally, while recognizing the importance of initiating change from its current position.

 The Haitian Ruby Project actively collaborates with intentional organizations and individuals on the international stage, as well as locally. Through these strategic partnerships, supported by donations volunteers and interns, the project implements sustainable development initiatives with a dual focus on global and local community impact. 

The strengths and efforts of thousands of Haitians are currently being misused, granting power to a select few and impeding the country's progress. 

Exploiting their hunger and desperation for a normal life, these individuals push them to the streets, resulting in riots, frequent total country lockdowns, and high inflation. The people simply long for basic necessities such as food, shelter, education, and a safe and clean environment. They seek nothing more. The most devastating realization is that if these efforts were directed towards benefiting the entire community, the Haitians themselves would willingly undertake the necessary actions. As we often say, "Our efforts and work bring freedom." We must attain freedom in all aspects.

The Haitian Ruby Project envisions a world where every life is fulfilled, introducing a bold approach to global impact through sustainable, community-driven initiatives. Haiti, with its 11.4 million people spread across 10,714 square miles, may be small in size, but its influence is immense. The nation's rich history, the resilience of its people, and the challenges it faces have inspired compassion from individuals, organizations, and corporations worldwide.

Beyond the borders of Haiti, a global community exists—comprising millions of Haitians in the diaspora and others who have a heart for the country. This collective compassion creates a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change across the nation. The Haitian Ruby Project, together with its local partners, serves as a catalyst for transformation, starting with Haiti, once known as the "Pearl of the Islands" or "La Perle des Antilles."
