Having experienced living in nonprofit communities, where essentials like food, education, and a peaceful environment are provided, we’ve come to understand how life can thrive beyond financial concerns.
When a community supports each other’s basic needs, the focus shifts from profit to purpose.
Our vision and mission are rooted in faith: to reshape community through Christ, weave the gospel into culture, and help redefine Haiti’s story. Through small but meaningful acts of love and kindness, we aim to uplift our neighborhoods, encouraging a shared pursuit of what truly matters. For a country yearning for hope, solidarity and compassion can lay the foundation for a better future, where safety, unity, and joy flourish.
Inspired by Jesus’ example, we seek to connect resources with communities in need, sparking real change and renewal. In this spirit, we journey together, preparing for God’s kingdom and striving to bring a glimpse of it to the world today.
The Haitian Ruby Project envisions a redefined community rooted in Christ, where the gospel becomes a living part of culture and reshapes the narrative—locally and globally.
At The Haitian Ruby Project, our mission is to empower youth through impactful initiatives and transformative experiences anchored in love, faith, unity, compassionate leadership, holistic care, altruism, and integrity. With each act of service and goodwill, we strive to carry forward Christ's legacy, creating tangible change in today’s world.
James 2:14-17 – “What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
Matthew 5:14-16
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
